Refund Policy
No automatic money-back guarantee for delivered digital products. A fair review when something is wrong.

No guaranteed refund
Solum OS is a digital product. Once a released product is delivered, you have full access to its files and source code, which cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item. We do not offer an unconditional money-back guarantee or automatic change-of-mind refunds after delivery.
This applies to discretionary refunds. It does not remove refunds or other remedies required by law or the applicable checkout provider’s terms.
Unhappy? Tell us why
If you are really unhappy with your purchase, email daniel@getsolumos.com and explain what went wrong. We review requests fairly, case by case. If your reasons are valid and we approve your request, we will issue a refund.
Tell us what you expected from the listing, what you received, and why it did not meet your needs. Relevant reasons can include a significant mismatch with the description, inability to access the purchased files, or a substantial product issue. We may offer help or a fix where appropriate. Examples are not an exhaustive list, and rights provided by law do not depend on discretionary approval.
How to request a review
Please contact us as soon as you identify the issue and include:
- The email address used at checkout and your order or receipt reference.
- The product or package you purchased and the purchase date.
- Your reasons for the request, including relevant error messages or screenshots if helpful.
Do not email payment-card details, passwords, API keys or unrelated private workspace data. We may ask for additional information needed to understand the issue or verify the purchase. We will communicate the decision by email.
Pre-orders and delivery
A pre-order does not provide instant access to the finished product. Where the listing says pre-order, delivery follows the release schedule stated at purchase. The rule for already-delivered files cannot be used to treat an undelivered pre-order as delivered.
Before delivery, contact us about cancellation. Any applicable withdrawal, non-delivery and checkout-provider rights apply. For purchases through Lemon Squeezy, its buyer terms allow pre-order refund requests until the content is delivered. After delivery, this policy applies subject to those terms and your statutory rights.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content, or any applicable cancellation right.
For consumers with an applicable cooling-off period, the exception for immediately supplied digital content only applies when the legal conditions are met, including prior express consent to begin supply and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost. This policy alone does not obtain that consent or remove the right. Remedies for defective or nonconforming content remain available even where the change-of-mind withdrawal right has ended.
Separate setup consultations
If you book an optional one-time setup consultation, it is a service separate from the software download. Digital-file access does not, by itself, mean that the consultation has been delivered or that service cancellation rights have ended.
The agreed scope, scheduled date, work already performed, booking conditions and applicable law determine cancellation and refund handling for that package. Contact us before the session if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any legally required consent to start work during a withdrawal period must be obtained separately.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider, normally to the original payment method. Bank and provider processing times can vary; we will confirm when the refund has been initiated.
A refund for the software ends the refunded license, and you must stop using or distributing that software copy. You retain ownership of your own data and may export or keep it. This does not affect separately purchased products or rights that must continue by law.
Checkout providers may issue refunds under their own rules. For example, Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days to prevent chargebacks. Their applicable buyer protections take precedence over a conflicting discretionary policy.
